Summary
Achievement of the optimum result in botulinotherapy means a complex product that makes use not only of Dysport (AbobotulinotoxinA) capacity with due account of the individual features of the patient, but also the technical support of the procedure (syringe variety and solution concentration). To inject the target muscle technically correctly is an important though absolutely achievable task. It is much more important to make a conceptually correct decision on the plan, task and scope of botulinum therapy.

Das Erreichen des optimalen Ergebnisses in der Botulinumtherapie bedeutet ein komplexes Produkt, das nicht nur die Dysport-Kapazität (Abobotulinotoxin A) unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Eigenschaften des Patienten, sondern auch die technische Unterstützung des Eingriffs (Spritzenvielfalt und Lösungskonzentration) nutzt. Den Zielmuskel technisch richtig einzuspritzen ist eine wichtige, aber durchaus erreichbare Aufgabe. Viel wichtiger ist es jedoch, eine konzeptionell richtige Entscheidung über Plan, Aufgabe und Umfang der Botulinumtherapie zu treffen.
