Summary

The autors report about their experience in treatment of gynecomastia. Under tumescens-localanesthesia and sedoanalgesia they performed bodytite, powered liposuction (vibrating device) and a transmamillary resection of glandular tissue through microincisions. They achieved good results with less side effects.

Zusammenfassung

Die von uns durchgeführte Methode der Bodytite, Vibrationsabsaugung und Resektion des Drüsengewebes hat sich als sehr wirksam und für die Patienten angenehme ambulante Problemlösung erwiesen. Der Eingriff bringt gute ästhetische Ergebnisse, bietet eine nachhaltige Lösung der für den Patienten unangenehmen Konturprobleme. Alternativen wie alleinige Absaugung oder nicht invasive Verfahren (Kryolipolyse, Fett weg Spritze, Radiowelle) sind aus unserer Sicht nicht zielführend.
