Summary

Rhinoplasty surgical procedure is one of the most interesting and complex aesthetic surgical procedures. The main goal of aesthetic and artistic rhinoplasty is to achieve a natural look of beauty enhancement and most harmonious face. There is no one standard rhinoplasty, so treatment needs to be individualized. Aesthetic goals meet nasal breathing function which is also an important point for patients. New trends in rhinoplasty include mini-rhinoplasty and medical (nonsurgical) rhinoplasty. The concept of aesthetic rhinoplasty that is reviewed in this article is based upon detailed knowledge of anatomy, function and techniques.

Zusammenfassung

Die Chirurgie der Nase (Rhinoplastik) zählt zu den interessantesten und sehr komplexen Verfahren der ästhetischen Chirurgie. Hautpziele der ästhetischen und künstlerischen Rhinoplastik sind ein natürliches Aussehen, Betonung der natürlichen Schönheit und ein harmonisches Gesicht. Es gibt kein Standardverfahren, die Behandlung verlangt nach Individualisierung. Ästhetische Ziele müssen auch die nasale Atmung berücksichtigen, ein wichtiger Umstand für den Patienten. Neue Trends der Rhinoplastik beinhalten die Mini-Rhinoplastik und die medizinische (nicht-chirurgische) Rrhinoplastik. Unser Konzept der ästhetischen Rhinoplastik, welches in dieser Arbeit vorgestellt wird, basiert auf der detaillierten Kenntnis der Anatomie, Funktion und Techniken.
